Products will be delivered to destination postal address specified by you, with the Courier “Standard” service. This service provides the delivery “on front door”, on weekdays, during office hours.

    • the withdrawal form by registered letter: Model Withdrawal Form. Download the Model Withdrawal Form fill it and send it to Terashop by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or via fax.

    Once the Online Withdrawal Declaration and/or the Model Withdrawal Form have been received, Ecommerce Outsourcing Customer Service will promptly contact you to give you instruction for return and assigning you a specific AMR (Authorized Merchandise Return) that you are asked to use when returning the Product.

    We will refund you within few days from receipt of the returned product through a reversal transaction using the same payment method chosen at checkout.
