COURIER DELIVERY TIMES: products shipped, will be delivered, within 3-8 working days, after the shipping date above mentioned, depending on the place of destination, as indicated in the following list: (*)
Saturdays and public holidays, should not be considered when calculating delivery times.
In any case, once your package has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a notification e-mail.
Such e-mail will contain full details in relation to the delivery (products shipped, Courier in charge, waybill number, link to track the shipment on the Courier Site, amount due, payment method,...).
From this moment on, the delivery terms above indicated, will take effect.

Once the Online Withdrawal Declaration and/or the Model Withdrawal Form have been received, Ecommerce Outsourcing Customer Service will promptly contact you to give you instruction for return and assigning you a specific AMR (Authorized Merchandise Return) that you are asked to use when returning the Product.
We will refund you within few days from receipt of the returned product through a reversal transaction using the same payment method chosen at checkout.
